I have read books like "The Inner Game of Golf" by W. Timothy Gallwey and found it facinating how he adapted his techniques of tennis to golf with great results. I know when I am playing golf, my mental appraoch,attitude, composure and confidence all have a major bearing on how I play ultimately the score that I get.
If you really want to perform at your best, you need to be mentally prepared and confident on your game

- Being in "The zone'" is your normal psychy when you are playing
